Responsible for analytical support of the company's Power Marketing's
financial function which includes accounting, revenue process, revenue
analysis, strategy performance, and special projects for senior management.
Responsibilities include billing energy sales, reconciliation of energy
market settlements and internal estimates, accounting entry preparation,
account reconciliations, preparing regulatory filings, participation in
budgeting process, monitoring and interpretation of revenue and generation
performance trends and expenditure tracking and forecasting. Provide
guidance for procedures and processes to ensure compliance with accounting
and company policies. Prepare effective and consistent fiscal information to
company's management, site personnel and external/internal auditors,
financial and operational performance benchmarking and analysis.

Candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a
technical field. An advanced degree such as an MBA or a CPA would be
desirable. Excel and Access skills are also expected. Possess a strong
understanding of financial and accounting concepts.

MANAGER FINANCIAL SERVICES (7376)

Responsible for directing the financial services of power marketing activity
which includes settlements, revenue and cost performance analysis, accounts
receivable and accounts payable and special projects for senior management.
Responsibilities include: billing energy sales, reconciliation energy market

reconciliations and participation and analysis for capital project
authorizations and approval process. Participate in budgeting process,
monitoring and interpretation of revenue and generation performance trends
and expenditure tracking and forecasting. Provide guidance for procedures
and processes to ensure compliance with accounting and company policies.
Interpret financial strategy and target setting. Perform financial
performance benchmarking and analysis. Direct process improvements and
documentation efforts to support internal controls, accuracy, consistency
and efficiency. Ensure regulatory filings are made timely and accurately.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or technical field required,
advanced degree and/or CPA desirable. Experience with ETRM systems, Excel
and Access skills are also required. Must possess a strong understanding of
financial and accounting concepts and strong computer application skills.
Experience in physical commodity and derivative settlements and/or
accounting in the power marketing industry a must.

Manager, Fuel Supply Analysis (7368)

Responsible for the corporate management of fuel supply analysis function,
including: 1) strategic, tactical, and financial planning; 2) inventory
policy/risk analysis; 3) fuel price forecasting and analysis; 4) information
systems. Provide analytical support to the Coal Acquisition and Supply
departments in the evaluation of coal, oil, and transportation contract bids
and in project and coal quality evaluations. Provide leadership in continued
evolution and execution of the Fuel Supply Decision Analysis Model intended
to provide for initial identification and screening of Fuel Savings
Initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field--MBA or
equivalent is highly desired. Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in
fuel supply planning, fuel accounting, and information systems, and minimum
of 10 years experience in management of professional/technical personnel.
Requires a solid knowledge of energy supply and transportation trends, as
well as a working knowledge of coal mining techniques, rail and barge
transportation industry practices, and power plant operations as they relate
to coal handling and combustion.

GENERAL MANAGER - DAM SAFETY (7351)

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the DS group to ensure dam assets are in conformance with all, federal, and state regulations. Responsible design authority for all engineering for essential systems, structures, and components (for dams). As such, maintains design configuration control and design basis documents. Direct Dam Safety program in oversight of the safety of dams and the compliance with Federal Dam Safety Guidelines. Oversees resource allocation to ensure that organizational staffing levels and financial resources are adequate to support design activities. Document, evaluate, and resolve all Problem Evaluation Reports in area of responsibility. Oversight of EAPs associated with dams, hydro facilities, and appurtenances such as bridges and locks to include establishment, maintenance, and operation of an Emergency Operations Center and the response activities during emergencies.

Education - B.S. degree in engineering, M.S. degree in engineering preferred. Fifteen years of engineering experience associated with design, construction, maintenance, and/or operation of dams and other water resource assets.. Five years of hydro power plant and dam safety experience is desired. Greater than five years of engineering management experience desired.
