Each classified posting submitted should contain:

• title for the classified,
• description for the classified
• company or agency posting the classified,
• contact information including fax number and e-mail address (when available),
• please be sure to include clear response instructions in the description,
• feel free to include brief information about your company,
• make sure the classified is descriptive; don't just describe it, SELL IT!.

Terms & Conditions

1. All classified postings and/or advertisment copy are subject to approval of The Power Marketing Association.
2. The Power Marketing Association reserves the right to reject or cancel any classified and/or linkage to an advertiser's site on the Web for any reason at any time.
3. Invoices will be rendered on or about the first date on which the advertising is scheduled to appear on PMA OnLine. Payments are due within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
4. The Power Marketing Association is not responsible for errors or omissions in any advertising materials provided by the advertiser or its agency.
5. The Power Marketing Association shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to provide reference or access to all or any part of the advertising due to systems failures or other technological failures of PMA OnLine or the Web or other circumstances beyond The Power Marketing Association's control.
6. Rates published herein are effective as of May 1, 1997. Announcement of any change in rates will be made upon at least 4 weeks notice to the advertiser prior to the date by which such changed rates will be applicable.
7. Automatic Renewal:  At the end of the advertising contract term, the advertisement shall be renewed on a month-to-month basis, at the applicable then-current PMA OnLine one month contract rates; unless the advertiser or agency 1) notifies PMA OnLine to terminate the advertisement, or 2) places into effect a new, mutually agreed upon advertising insertion contract with PMA OnLine.
